1. Acceptance

By accessing or using halalstockpicks.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that accessing the Site does not violate the laws applicable to you.

3. The service

The Site publishes algorithmic technical signals and AAOIFI-based halal-compliance screens on publicly traded US equities, alongside related commentary and tools. Content is generated by deterministic software, distributed to all visitors equally, and is impersonal in nature. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. 4. Permitted use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site’s content for your own non-commercial, informational use. You may share individual page links freely. Any other use requires our written permission.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Site;
  • republish or resell our signals, screens, or commentary;
  • use the Site or its data to train machine-learning models without permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin areas, the API, or any underlying systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site (e.g. denial-of-service, abusive request rates);
  • misrepresent your jurisdiction to evade legal restrictions; or
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Accounts (future)

The Site may add account features (sign-in, watchlists, alerts). When it does, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, code, the AAOIFI screening rules’ implementation, the composite scoring model, charts, and the visual design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. Yahoo Finance data is owned by Yahoo, used under their public terms.

8. Affiliate links

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party brokers, clearly disclosed where they appear. We may receive a referral fee when you open an account or take a qualifying action with one of those brokers. This does not change your cost. See the affiliate disclosure on each broker link and in our Disclaimer.

9. No warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SIGNAL, PRICE, OR SCREEN RESULT IS ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER HALAL STOCK PICKS NOR ITS OPERATORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Halal Stock Picks and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to bring a claim as a class action. If arbitration is unavailable, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
